How to Place an Order

Domestic orders can be placed by fax 818-998-6892, phone 818-998-0223 or email. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Pacific Standard Time (PST). Orders recieved after 2:00 P.M. Pacific Standard Time (PST) will be promptly processed and shipped the next business day at the earliest. Please allow up to 3 days for the calibration of new products. For most efficient service, please have ready a list of quantities, part numbers and, if paying by credit card, your MasterCard, VISA, American Express or Discover card.

All orders originating outside United States and Canada must be prepaid via wire transfer. A written purchase order must be sent via fax, e-mail or mail to process and to confirm the order. Purchase order should include forwarder account numbers and contact information.



UNITED STATES ORDERS

Minimum Order
A minimum order of $50.00 is required. There is no minimum line item required.

Shipping:
Orders shipped via UPS or FedEx are charged the shipping cost based on the current carriers rates.

Same-Day Shipment
Next-day shipment on orders received Monday through Friday prior to:
2:00 P.M. PST - UPS Next Day (Red), 2nd Day (Blue), 3rd Day ( Orange ) & UPS Ground
2:00 P.M. PST - FedEx Priority, Standard, 2nd Day, 3rd Day & FedEx Ground (with an approved account number)

Payment Terms
Credit Card:
MasterCard, VISA, American Express or Discover credit card, all purchase cards, and major bank debit cards.

Open Credit Account:
Open credit is available to businesses, schools and agencies in the USA and is subject to credit approval. Send us a minimum three trade references, bank references and your company information. Just fill out the credit application and return it to our Credit Department, one of our staff can set up a credit account for your convenience. Please allow up to 5 days to process your request.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

The following are additional terms and conditions for orders shipping outside the United States. Our worldwide reps can provide local priceing and customer support. To view our list of our representatives and distributors please see our Worldwide reps page.

Order Procedure
1.) Send us a purchase order with the Bill to address, Ship to address, Telephone number and method of shipment.
2.) We will send you a Proforma Invoice.
3.) You send the wire transfer.
4.) We ship the order.


Minimum Order
A minimum order of $100.00 is required. There is no minimum line item required.

International Shipping
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping charges are collect from our door to your destination (airport or your door). Transportation charges, insurance, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

International Taxes and Duties
Customer is responsible for duties and taxes.

Payment Terms
Currency:
All payments will be converted to U.S. Dollars. All pricing displayed or quoted from the A.H. Systems is based on the U.S. Dollar.

Prepaid Wire Transfer:
You can wire the funds to our bank. We will contact you with the total amount which will include shipping charges and a $25 wire transfer fee. Orders will not be accepted until funds have been received in full and Purchase Order (PO) has been received.





Shipments
Shipments to any destination are made directly from our facility and shipments are made F.O.B. factory (Chatsworth, CA USA). A.H. Systems will select the shipping method on the basis of economy and delivery requirements unless directed otherwise at the time the order is placed. Shipping charges are usually prepaid and added to the invoice.

Returns
A restocking fee is applicable and at the discretion of A.H. Systems whenever the return is due to "wrong item ordered," "customer does not like the product," "item no longer needed," or "changed mind". All Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All cable assemblies are made for each specific order and are non-cancellable and not returnable.
