On average, repairs take about 2-3 weeks to complete, and we'll keep you updated if it exceeds this amount of time for any reason. If Your Product Is Covered Under Warranty & Needs Repaired:

If your A.H. Systems product is covered under your warranty and is in need of repair, click the below link named, "In-Warranty Repair Form". After printing this form, follow the instructions on the form in order to have your product repaired.

If your A.H. Systems product is not covered under your warranty, click the below link named, "Out of Warranty Repair Form." After printing this form, follow the instructions on the form in order to have your product repaired. All repairs are guaranteed for 30 days.

4 Simple Steps To Returning Your Product For Repair:

How to Return an Item for repair:

1.) Before sending a product in for repair, contact an A.H. Systems representative by calling 1(818) 998-0223 or by emailing sales to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Please allow up to two business days for processing your request.


2.) Pack your complete product (including all parts) in a smaller sized box for lower cost shipping rates. Product must be shipped prepaid by the customer to A.H. Systems with the RMA number visible on the shipping box.


3.) Send us the applicable Repair Form inside your product package.


4.) Mail your package to us prepaid via UPS, FedEx, or USPS to the mailing address below. Remeber to include the repai RMA number on the package.
