Terms and Conditions of Sale

General

These terms and conditions of sale are expressly made part of the quotation and order acknowledgement of A.H. Systems, inc. Any terms and conditions contained in the Buyer's purchase order, which are in addition to or inconsistent with the terms and conditions contained herein shall not be binding upon A.H. Systems unless they are expressly agreed to by A.H. Systems in writing.

Prices

All prices are quoted EXW. Transportation charges, insurance, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery information represents the current availability at the time of the quotation and the availability is subject to prior sale. All pricing is current at time of quotation; however, due to continual product improvement A.H. Systems reserves the right to change specifications and prices without notice.

Minimum Order

A.H. Systems has a $100 USD minimum order policy. All orders less than $100 USD will not be accepted.

Terms of Payment
Domestic

Terms are Net 30 Days based upon credit approval or payment by credit cards (subject to a processing fee). Transportation charges, insurance and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

US Domestic Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover credit cards are also accepted. Credit card orders are subject to a processing fee:
VISA and MasterCard:
no charge $20,000 or less
2% charge More than $20,000

AMEX:
2% charge $20,000 or less
4% charge More than $20,000

Foreign

Payment must be made in advance via wire transfer and must include a $25 USD wire tranfer fee. This is for wire transfer fees on your end that get deducted from the wire transfer before we receive it. We will ship collect after receipt of payment. Transportation charges, insurance, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipments

Shipments to any destination are made directly from our facility and shipments are made EXW (Chatsworth, CA USA). Risk of loss shall pass to Buyer when the goods are delivered to the carrier, therefore any damage incurred during shipment must be settled between the Buyer and the Carrier. A.H. Systems will select the shipping method on the basis of economy and delivery requirements unless directed otherwise at the time the order is placed. Default shipping method on all orders are UPS Ground and are subject to prepay and add to the invoice.

Returns

A restocking fee is applicable and at the discretion of A.H. Systems whenever the return is due to "wrong item ordered," "customer does not like the product," "item no longer needed," or "changed mind". If you return the product, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. All cable assemblies are custom made for each specific order and are non-cancellable and not returnable. A.H. Systems does not refund the original shipping and handling. Customer is responsible for all return freight charges. A.H. Systems does not accept COD shipments.

Repairs

Ultimately, it is at the discretion of A.H. Systems if a product is eligible for warranty repair, but we'll always work with you to determine the best solution possible. On average, repairs take about 2-3 weeks to complete, and we'll keep you updated if it exceeds this amount of time for any reason.
