Shipping Policy

All shipments are sent directly from our facility and are EXW Chatsworth, CA. USA.

Domestic Orders
All domestic orders are shipped using FEDEX or UPS based on customer’s selection, account number is required on the Purchase Order. If customer chooses any other means of transportation, then customer needs to provide us with the shipping account.

Export Orders
All international orders will be shipped based on customer's arrangement. If customer does not give A.H. Systems any arrangement then goods will be shipped using the most economical way using DHL international services. Orders will not be sent until all funds have been received in full. All transprotation, customs, duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).

Shipment processing times
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after receipt of payment and are subject to product availability. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact You via email or telephone

Tracking orders
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping restrictions
A.H. Systems does not ship to Embargoed and Sanctioned Countries such as those imposed by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). Countries like Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, and Sudan.

Damaged or lost items
A.H. Systems is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
