Systems SAS-551A is a high-power passive monopole antenna designed for rigorous transmitting applications, including shielding effectiveness and radiated immunity testing across the 1 kHz to 30 MHz frequency range. Unlike active alternatives, the SAS-551A’s passive architecture makes it completely immune to overload and distortion, ensuring measurement purity in high-field-strength environments. A standout feature of this antenna is its manual dual-band control switch, which optimizes efficiency by splitting operation into two dedicated bands (1 kHz–5 MHz and 5 MHz–30 MHz), each supported by its own precision RF transformer. Ruggedly constructed and individually calibrated, the SAS-551A comes complete with a telescoping rod and ground plane, providing a reliable and simplified solution for meeting FCC, MIL-STD, and CISPR compliance requirements.
